Very restrictive conditions set by the city’s historic building preservation officials required that the old wooden trusses be freed from mildew and mold.  The original truss, complete with the most modern technologically available infrastructure, can easily be seen.  The owner was able to realize his dream of having a singularly unique apartment in the Old City.
