Our main goal in building or restoring villas is to maintain their traditional form and character. High quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is the basis from which we approach such projects. The perfect location is also prime criteria for the realization of such a project.

This historic-style villa was erected at the foot of Mt. Gaisberg, near the historic rack railway and includes an indoor pool, an organic pond and a pavilion with stupendous views of three lakes: Obertrumersee, Mattsee and Grabensee. |

The incredibly steep slope of the mountain created a number of hurdles which had to be overcome, including hiding a retaining wall, garage and wine cellar within the slope of the mountain. This building was conceived after the design of the Villa Charlotta on Comer Lake, and integrates a mansard roof with a tower which highlights the singular style of this amazing villa. |
